Many of our students and their families are affected by the tough economy and are faced with the high cost of living in the San Fernando Valley and Los Angeles!

Unfortunately, this is causing stress on the family. Parents must work multiple jobs and long hours in order to pay bills. Even when parents are home, they are "too tired" to give children the nurturing they need. Meanwhile, children are becoming "latch key" kids (unsupervised when the school day is over), and they are loosing the "greatest asset" they can have -- their parents!

1. Financial Seminars (taught in English and Spanish): Learn more about finances and how to make the right financial decisions.
2. Home Savings Program (designed to help reduce the cost of purchasing a home): Learn how to accelerate your mortgage payment and reduce the total amount of interest paid to purchase a home.
