Our dream is to create an “Enrichment Experience” for at-risk students that include proven transformational programs such as mentoring, enrichment, job skills, career skills and parent training.

Your Dollars Support THREE Key Programs

1. Life Prep
Recognized by the Los Angeles Unified School District "Beyond the Bell" Assistant Superintendent as the "best enrichment program in Los Angeles", this life skills and talent development program utilizes enrichment activities and academic skills in either reading and writing or mathematics. Parents also participate in a "Parent Life Prep" program that teaches parenting skills and engages them with their children while developing the parents academic skills.

2. Work Prep
This program engages corporations and business owners to mentor and apprentice high school students and prepare them for the 21st century marketplace as workers or entrepreneurs. The program provides:

Vocational (job) skills
Financial literacy
Critical thinking
Problem solving skills
Leadership training

3. Youth Build
In this program, high school dropouts earn a high school diploma while learning construction skills and building an affordable home for a low-income family.
